Synopsis
Gatta Kusthi 2 is the story of Veera. He is now a docile househusband who accompanies his wrestler wife, while on the other side, his wife Keerthy only focuses on her wrestling career. Veera have lots of responsibilities, like picking up his daughter from school, cooking food, and teaching aerobics to housewives in his neighborhood, but the flaw side of Veera is he is not taking responsibility for what he is doing wrong and who this manipulative wrestling coach of Keerthy is, both to brainwash her to file divorce against Veera and why?

After the success of Gatta Kusthi (2022), Director Chella Ayyavu once again comes back with Gatta Kusthi 2, where you experience more comedy, more emotional drama, and more romance compared to its first part. While back to the topic, Gatta Kusthi 2 starts where Gatta Kusthi ends, so if you haven't watched its first part, please watch this first because both movies' stories connect to each other.
The First half is only for comedy lovers because Gatta Kusthi 2 is the mixture of comedy, drama, and sport, where Vishnu Vishal's comedy dialogues are the strength of the movie, while the second half comes with emotional moments and suspense.
After performing the role of DCP Arivudai Nambi in Aaryan (2025), Vishal Kudawla, aka Vishnu Vishal, once again appears in the sequel of Gatta Kusthi. In the first half, his performance is outstanding. In this movie, there are several scenes that present the difference between him and his wife, for example, his wife, who sacrifices everything and only focuses on her wrestling career, while on the other side is Veera, who is fully irresponsible.
Aishwarya Lekshmi as Keerthy her role in this movie comes with several mood swings, like sometimes we see politeness in her dialogues towards Veera and sometimes totally different, so if I conclude, the movie's first half is only for Vishnu Vishal fans, while if you like sports drama movies, I think the second half is only for you because it is totally revolving around Keerthy's sports journey.

Director Chella Ayyavu who is the popular for Silukkuvarupatti Singam (2018) and Gatta Kusthi (2022) now this times he repeat same mistakes which he did Gatta Kusthi (2022) because first half is decent due to Vishnu Vishal comedy but after interval movie fall into tedious category , First mistake he did over dramatic scenes of Aishwarya Lekshmi and second mistake is short screen share wirh yogi babu and other supporting cast.
